Hello Ellen,
I had the good fortune to have the opportunity to do a clinic with Buck Brannaman this past October. I have looked forward to meeting Buck for several years and enjoyed his clinic very much. In a sideline conversation with Buck, I expressed to him the my feelings of conflict with regards to the horsemanship and riding he teaches, ( which I truly believe in) and dressage. He made the suggestion that I contact you. I am anxious to get your book, as I am sure it will would be helpful to me.
I am truly hoping that you might know of a instructor in the NJ area or surrounding area that is mindful of both worlds as most dressage instructors in the East don’t seem to be aware of natural horsemanship, and I know there is nothing natural about it. I would apprepiate any words of guidence you may have to offer and if you are aware of anyone in the east that teaches dressage while also being aware of natural horsemanship.
Thank you,
Liz Hoffman
